In an article celebrating 75 years of Pinewood Studios, the Guardian claims that Bond 23 has started filming at the historic studios in Buckinghamshire, despite no official announcement.
“I can’t believe we are on number 23,” says Michael Grade, one of the Pinewood bosses. “As a young man for me the new Bond was the hot date film and it is still the same.”
Prior to quoting Grade, the article’s author says: “This weekend the Bond connection is closer than usual, because, although there has been no official announcement, Sam Mendes, has begun filming Bond 23 on site.”
Bond23.net understands that pre-production has begun on the sound stages at Pinewood but cameras have yet to roll.
