The movie magazine Empire featured a first look at Bond 23, AKA Skyfall in their latest issue. The scenes they were privy to appear to correspond with the second twitter pic released by @007.
The grey industrial location and basic (perhaps makeshift) desk is seen below with Judi Dench entrenched. She is being supervised by
DoP Roger Deakins and director Sam Mendes.
According to reports the “secrets” they reveal are not necessarily the most fresh, but this picture might be enough to entice a very dedicated fan to pick up a copy.
About Skyfall – James Bond 23 (2012)
The new Bond movie will star Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Albert Finney and Judi Dench, produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli. The 007 screenplay will be written by regular James Bond scribes Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, working with John Logan (Gladiator & The Last Samurai). Director of American Beauty and Road To Perdition, Sam Mendes will be directing the new James Bond movie. MGM and Sony Pictures Entertainment in a joint statement on 2nd June 2011 announced that “Bond 23″ will go on release in the UK on Friday, 26th October, 2012 and in the USA on 9th November 2012. The first major announcement from EON Productions and Sony Pictures came on 3rd November 2011 in London when the principle cast was announced, along with a rough plot line. In Skyfall, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

Regardless of what has been said I believe Craig’s first three Bond films are a trilogy. This film will pick up where Quantum of Solace left off. We will finally get to see the Bond everyone knows and loves and it will still be awesome.

Im a massive bond fan, but steve, you are wrong. it wont continue from quantum of solace. it’s a all new story not linked to quantum. and thats a good thing.

Not sure really, i think for sure the Craig era will focus on Bond before the ‘swagger’, as seen a very raw stripped down bond. But as for the Quantum storyline, there is room for a linked organization to Quantum that might attack MI HQ? Who knows, but slowly…(5 years later) and surely we are getting there and finding out how bond started.
I just hope that the new generation of viewers will still appreciate the classic bonds, after all it’s what has brought us bond fans together and created the ultimate spy films
