Sam Mendes and Daniel Craig both open up about their experience and inspiration for keeping Bond at home for much of 007′s 23rd adventure, Skyfall. Watch the video diary posted by 007.com:
Bond is back in another 30 second preview of Skyfall, which opens this November. In the new trailer we get an extended peak at the fantastic pre-credit sequence chase that involves trains and diggers and piles of VW Beatles.
We also see more of Severine, and the steamy shower scene director Sam Mendes promised us.
As per the rest of the marketing strategy, the villain Silva, played by Javier Bardem, is kept in the shadows. Despite best attempts, fans over at Screen Rant have gone through the trailer frame by frame to capture this still of the Skyfall villain:
The forthcoming theatrical Skyfall trailer, previously leaked on the internet via shaky handicam has recently gained its credentials in the UK.
According to the BBFC website it seems that the trailer will run for 2m 28s – as against the teaser’s 1m 15s running time. The censors made no cuts to the trailer.
The second Skyfall trailer has been screened at a number of invite only events but has yet to be officially released. Someone filmed a very shaky handicam version of the trailer and has posted it online to Vimeo. Can’t wait for the hi-def, take a look below:
Perhaps with this content circulating on the internet, the producers will be in sighted to release their trailer somewhat ahead of schedule? We can only wait and see.

The world’s media were given a glimpse of the filming of the pre-titles sequence late last month as the first unit for Skyfall joined their second unit colleagues to shoot a destructive sequence in the famed Istanbul Bizarre.
Splash TV were on location to cover the shoot and a new video reveals Ben Collins (famed for being UK Top Gear’s Stig) driving the Land Rover with Bond and Eve inside.
Whilst 007 actor Daniel Craig apparently never set foot in China, the second unit were hard at work shooing a chase sequence amongst the neons of Shanghai. Listen to Assistant Director and the Second Unit director discuss location scouting, second unit shooting and globe trotting for 007 in the new video from 007.com
